I use both IE and FF to make my layouts cross-browser compatible.

Firefox, in my opinion. I enjoy the addons and how it works.
I haven't touched IE for a while, I only use it when I re-install windows and it's the default browser - I download FF right away.
I had been using Google Chrome for a while - I kind of preferred it over Firefox, however there are no plugins/addons as such, so I'm on FF.

Used to use chrome but it had random crashes and didn't have the stability and sexyness that Firefox did. Although chrome is fast I think overall it has to be Firefox.
Opera.
