
Notice it's sweets etc you're eating, obviously if it tastes nice you'll eat more and more regardless whether you're hungry or not, just stop buying biscuits and all that if you're worried about how much you eat..
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.
Diabetes?For the past two months now, I can't stop eating. The other day I ate two packets of chocolate digestives, a bar of chocolate and two packets of crisps in like an hour. Like, I'll eat alot of fruit and veg, but all the same I eat alot of food thats bad for me. I've never been a big eater, and if I eat alot in one day, I won't eat much the next. But now all day everyday I just keep eating. It's awful when going shopping for my lunch, last week I spent 50 on a lunch for one week. All of it's gone already. Last time I weighed myself, I was 8 stone, so I'm not fat or anything. I'm really scared that I'll put on weight, but I cant stop myself from eating. Like everyday I tell myself, that today, I'll just eat something small, but as soon as I step in the door I run over to the presses and get food =/
I don't know what to do to stop myself from eating so much, help?
Eat meals that fill you up, Porridge, pasta, fruit etc.
You might possibly have an eating disorder, so I would advise you tell your doctor about your excessive eating.
Start eating smaller and smaller portions, and eventually you will start eating less.
Or you could buy a really expensive car, get really poor and then you wont have enough money to buy so much food.
Lots of people I know have lost weight when they moved house because they couldn't afford to spend a lot of money on food.

yeah eat 3 good meals a ay so you don't end up snacking all the time and drink when you're hungry sleep well etc in other words find other ways of getting energy

8 Stone is fine. Your not fat at all.
I have the same problem though like binge eating. Just relate food to disgusting things. Get a picture of a fat person or even photoshop your body fat as if that is what you'll look like if you keep eating. It helps. If you think your fat a lot then eventually you'll watch what you eat.

When you have worms you eat alot.. it could be WORMS.
set yourself a limit, bring a limited amount of money out with you so you dont spend a load. get someone to hide your food (lol?). have 3 decent meals a day.
