It's not that we expect a lot, its that jagex give us so little. I mean why would anyone want a useless big bat thing with a string hanging out the end, and the only thing its usefull for is whacking people with. At least with the xmas event they gave us something related to xmas with a proper use.

Its a holiday the whole point of it is it's a novelty - it's not meant to be something useful just something to mess around with.

But look back at some of the things that have been included in holiday items: Party hats, christmas crackers, santa outfits, halloween masks, santa hats, full skeleton outfits etc. But this stupid thing that we can whack people with really is crap.

That isn't the point, I'm just saying how little thought Jagex have put into it, they could of rewarded us all with something so much better. Its not just me either, all the people that I've asked on rs are dissapointed. But nevertheless, its still a holiday item that we where all given for free, still worth collecting.

i wish they'd bring out some more holiday items what you can trade, and wear, a carrot nose and top hat would be pretty good to see, or a scream mask?, maybe some of them freddy/jason claws , or maybe even a present, and you give it to someone and they get a random item , as in a random holiday item for that event

yeah for xmas they should give everyone presents like crackers, you can use them on somebody else/yourself and you have a chance at getting a random item.. could be a bronze bar.. could be a bandos chestplate

In my opinion, I did indeed think this event was really lame. Considering the last few events, they were actually not too bad as the past, but this one has just took them from the top of the tree to the roots of it. I believe last years was much more fun, and although the rewards weren't that good, I didn't even find this years enjoyable. It was literally Cook's Assistant but for the Easter Bunny :S.

best item they've given out for holiday events was the yo-yo anyway. i still play with mine, almost 4 years on.

but it's the thought that counts.
