It's really nothing special, the placement of the Welcome back Ryan bit looks a bit random. The froobe logo glows way too much and attracts too much attention from the user. The white arrow on the nav looks pretty rubbish, it'd look better as a cutout of the grey or something.

I agree a little. But the layout is nice.
