I don't mind braces on girls, never had them personally but with my retainer (I'm talking back like 7 years now), the mould wasn't too bad just tastes funny and makes your mouth produce more saliva if I recall correctly.

The mould is foul. You will feel like being sick, that is the truth. It makes you gag, it makes your eyes water it is the worste dentist experience to date. I've had braces for about a year and abit now and I'm getting so bored of them but they're not bad and don't stand out THAT much on me cos i don't go for silly colours lol.

Braces didn't give me a lisp... the most annoying thing about them is getting the tightened or getting food stuck in them.
After getting them off your teeth feel so smooth and shiny!

I'm not going to lie, I find braces really quite ugly. But long term your teeth will be better for it so it's all good I guess.

I've never had braces, 'cos amazingly I was born with quite okay teeth, but I'd love them! I think braces on anyone makes them 100 times cuter. ^_^
