I agree it's been much better since my fabulous presence and that is clearly what's done it. Also some GENIUS decided on a jukebox and changing the unpopular "rule 6" which basically did let staff kick whoever they didn't like, so yeah I'd say it's much improved in the past few weeks

Exactly what Jen said aha, we don't kick people for swearing only when they're rude and direct bad language at others.
    "easter brats" lmao

I went to visit in the first time for ages on friday and considering it was 23.30 on a friday night :eusa_shif there were still people there to talk to a loser like me

Oh and it was nice that people who worked there said a friendly 'hello' which never used to happen before or maybe it was because some of them remembered me from before meh it was still nice
I’ll be a story in your head, but that’s okay, because we’re all stories in the end. Just make it a good one, eh? Because it was, you know. It was the best. A daft old man who stole a magic box and ran away. Did I ever tell you that I stole it? Well, I borrowed it. I always meant to take it back. Oh, that box, Amy, you’ll dream about that box. It’ll never leave you. Big and little at the same time. Brand-new and ancient and the bluest blue ever. And the times we had, eh? Would had…Never had. In your dreams, they’ll still be there. The Doctor and Amy Pond and the days that never came.

To be fair the helpdesk start getting popular when that thread was made about helpdesk a week or so ago, i think that thread attracted alot of the forum users, so even though it was a heated discussion i suppose some good came out of it and i totally agree if the staff were more relaxed it would be fantasic, i can understand some of the staff want too be as professional as they possibly can but i don't think that really works, the staff do get on well with most people who go to the helpdesk but if they were to speak to people like they would speak too a friend rather than speaking to them like they are an infant or as if they are in the wrong all the time, it would be brilliant.

I've never seen staff speaking down on people really. We are only firm when people break rules

im dancing with you now !
Richie, staff don't talk to people as if they are infants. They're professional, if you say to someone "yo mate don't be rude" they aren't going to listen or take you seriously.

So when I made my thread with the aim being to improve the desk and was greeted upon entry by all the staff present going "OH LOOK TOM WE'RE WORKING" for the next few days, that wasn't talking down to me? I'm not going to bother expecting much more because I know that you are a load of kids and not trained adults in a real job, but you shouldn't make claims that aren't true.

I was referring to enforcing rules, however I never saw anyone say things along that line to yourself on Habbo.

I did not mean it like that, i mean sometimes when im in there some of your staff speak to me like there better than me, even if i did nothing wrong, i do agree that there professional skills should be put into action if someone is breaking the rules, but it seems like your staff are always on guard lol, i would just like to remind people it is Habbo, a virtual game, not the army so chillax.
