Why don't you just use money :S

cause i want to be able to use it online, and i'm probably just going to get a debit card.

I'm decidding on getting one of these but I dont get the fees

say if I wanted to buy something that is 20 GBP and the fee is 3%
that means 20.00 - 3% = 0.6%

so I only get 19.40 GBp topped up?

No the 60p would be taken off as well as the £20. Don't really see the point in it tbh, a debit card's free.

I topped up £120 In a shop and it took £5 Fee, So thats good

most banks don't let you though. mines doesn't anyway. even if you do go into negative funds you wont exactly end up owing the bank hundreds.

Why don't you just not spend what you can't afford and therefore won't get into debt and won't need a card that charges you money for not getting yourself into debt?
