Click on the blue question mark, click get live help and the click current system status and u'll get a popup on a new page saying this:

Teleports:
There is currently a problem with teleports which is making it hard to zip around the Hotel. This issue is being worked on and will be fixed as soon as possible

Holodice, Fridges, Ice Cream Makers, Electric Butlers and Drinks Dispensers:
Some players are experiencing errors when trying to use holodice, fridges, electric butlers, ice cream makers and drinks dispensers. This issue has been reported and is being investigated. We hope to resume normal service on holodice as soon as possible.

They are fixing it all now apparently. Just hada popup saying they are closing guest rooms whilst they fix it.
