It does make sense, because Ho-oh is dawn, rebirth of the sun or w.e, and Lugia is the opposite, but it should be DawnGold and DuskSilver, but they don't sound as good.

Is it only me who mournes the loss of the good times of the original 151 pokemon?

I miss the good days of Red, Blue and Yellow. The first Gold and Silver weren't bad but after that it got naff due to too many pokemon and not enough of them actually memorable.

I don't see how anyone can prefer the or original games, for starters, every game is exactly the same. The older games on Gameboy are just intolerable, I hate the game mechanics. In Red/Blue you can't even run, and it's ages until you get the bike.

Yeah, but I won't wait fot a EU version like I am for Plat. as I have no reason to swap from Diamond ATM.

Please tell me when they port it they wont add in pokemon!
The first 151 were the best and I also liked many of the gold / silver ones too but all the others are just intolerable, and the mechanics hasnt changed much over time, ok so in recent games stuff is quicker to access but pokemon blue / red / yellow still play brilliantly today and are great fun! Maybe you just dont have enough patience as other people roboevil?
