    Now get a Logitech Harmoney remote, they are kick-ass.

    Also, IMHO, Blu-Ray players are a waste of monday, PS3 FTW.

    I'm thinking about a Harmony, but IDK yet.
    I only paid like 150 for the BD player, so it was a lot less than a PS3, and I would never use the PS3

    Ah fair enough, I like the Harmony remote, especially good for lazy people like me who can't be bothered to change inputs on the TV, Media thingy (forgot the name) and turn on the device LOL.

    With this set-up the DVR and Blue-Ray player plug into the receiver and then there is one HDMI cable from the receiver to the TV, so the receiver has to be on for the whole thing to work.

    I have to do some cable management in the near future because it's driving me MAD.
