
my mum wakes me lol she has to shout like 6 or 7 times, once my brothers girfirend was over and i wouldn't get out of bed and she came in and draged me out, cheeky ***** :s lol
but the night before if i think to myself i wanna wake up at 7 ill wake up at 7 only if it aint a school night for some reason lol
You have to be strict with yourself, no snooze on your alarm just get out of bed!
I set 2 alarms one on my phone and one on my ipod with 5 mintues between then so it gives me time to wake up and isn't as harsh.

I set my alarm on my phone for 6:20 and then snooze it once. It's just like a warning to let me know I'm going to be getting up in ten minutes. Sometimes I fall straight back to sleep but other times I just lay there and wake up and wait for the second alarm to go off.
I don't know how I get up though. I just do it. Like I don't think of the **** day I've got ahead until I'm actually out of bed, and just think it'll be over soon. I suppose for me it's not the getting up that's the problem, it's what I've got ahead that day.
I go to bed reasonably early too, between 9 and 12 on weekdays and between 11-2 on weekends.

I find that when I have less sleep I'm able to get up and not when I've had alot. But I just set two alarms on my phone nowaday, on school my first alarm goes off at 07.30am and the second goes off at 07.54am
should get to bed earlier instead of sitting on habbo!!!!!!!!!!!
nah seriously it's **** trying to get up when you're body clock is all messed up
i dont wake up to alarms, i cant. i set 4 alarms on my phone lmao but i wldnt wake up. i do wake up to phone calls (not texts) tho. so basically everyday cept weekends, someone gives me a wake up call![]()
i set my alarm at 6.30, 6.45, 7.00, 7.15, 7.30, 7.45 & 8.00 but i drag myself outta bed between 7.00-7.30. i have loads of alarms so at 6.30 i'm like awake but by the time its 7.00 i can get outta bed easier lol. also i have alarms after i normally wake up encase i oversleep.

damn I already had a joke ready as soon as I saw the thread titleNo lads I'm not talking about down there, I mean getting out of bed for important things such as school, job, paper roundS), meeting friends etc. I just can't seem to do it anymore, I set my alarm for 6:45 last sunday and snoozed it until 8:30 before getting up. Then today I was suppose to be going to town with someone bright and early, but noooooo I have to snooze my alarm clock for like an extra hour before turning it off thinking that I would get up in a second but actually went back to sleep.
and err yeah i don't use any alarms, my mum comes in at 7, shouts, leaves and then comes back at half 7 and i'll be up. Hopefully that will change now i'm on study leave lol

I seem to be able to get up as soon as the alarm goes - it's about 2 hours later I feel really tired.:S
