It really doesn't say comedy in the genre column of the film, but if you say it's meant to be funny then it must be true - that gives the film little, if any credibility. It's poor. If you haven't got the budget to make a good film - don't pissing make one because you're just ripping people off. I couldn't care if he was Steven Spielberg - the film was terrible.

He made all three Evil Dead films with a very low budget, yet they're brilliant. After being at the directorial helm of a trilogy that cost over 400 million (Spider-man), and another on the way, I think it's fair to say a film-maker who came from very modest roots wanted to make a small film like Drag Me To Hell. More often than not, lower budget films are actually superior to films that are all gloss and no substance. Nevertheless, that's your opinion.

I don't care how good the Evil Dead films were, Drag me to hell is not Evil Dead.

No, it isn't, but it's a comedy-horror that is in the same vein as the Evil Dead trilogy. As I said earlier, a return to horror form for Raimi. Obviously, you didn't like the film, but it's had a lot of very positive reviews, and I enjoyed it.

I liked it, it was a bit weird at the first but once you realise not to take it as a proper scary film, I'd say it's good. The girl in it was cute as well

It's a 15. I was disappointed when I heard it wasn't an 18, but you'd be surprised at how much the film-makers get away with given the certificate.

I think that's the only thing we agree on with this film.
