I like it! The only problem is it requires lots of scrolling, or scrolling all the time on most screens... I don't know what you could do about that.

That's a simple issue that would be fixed when coding.

I don't really like the layout at all, it's too dark and dull, try brightening it up a bit. I have no idea why the 'now receive a free .net domain...' text is repeated. What's with the big gap next to the woman's head? Lastly, the main content text is too light in my opinion.
I'd say scrap the design or modify it heavily, your other work is much nicer than this.
