they're the games to look out for so maybe one of them will be game of the year.

I've got to go with Modern Warfare 2. It's definitely the game I'm excited for most this year.

Modern Warfare 2. We're already getting steady pre-orders for it, more so than any other game announced or being released this year. The hype for it is already there, the fan base is already there and I'm assuming the videos and gameplay are already better than Modern Warfare 1. I would say it'll reach GOTY status easily.

I don't have much confidence in Bioshock 2 holding up, strangely enough, it's mainly a new team handling it and without Ken Levine on board - I just can't seem to see how it could 'shock' us all again.

That being said, I want it to destroy all of our anticipation and leave us in awestruck.Then lead us to the promised land.
