The best form of attack is defence, Bully someone weaker than you.

The term is 'Attack is the best form of Defence' which also happens to be the most stupid quote and piece of advice ever. I'm not sure if you're trying to be funny or 'light-hearted' cause you don't take it 'so seriously' but it's not exactly funny suggesting to bully someone weaker than you, that's how the majority of bullying starts and just looking at a playground it's blatant to see.
