No they pick winners based on joining date like a number of winners for each year so " new " habbos will have more chance

i doubt it me and cally592 are 4 years old. we both have the IX badge. so it cant more chance for the newbies.

i didnt want to go all out a end end up having bunch of junk i wont sell next week so i only built a smaller room not like my wonder of the world. hope that wins too but if not ive still won the sacrifice comp at least.

ive had the level 2 badge and ive had the furni pack but none of us have had the unreleased rare. habbo never siad they are only giving them out after all the events. i think thats quite unfair to make us wait days and not say a word.

just a waiting game, im keeping my room there until i do get the super however.

thing you have to know is you dont need to be over the top to win. like some of the room spending thrones on one comp to rpove some point your rich. its not about that its about coming up with an idea and turning it into a room which is why i think they chose my small room. cus i was trying to be creative not pawnage
