I thought it was epic that button myself...
Chippiewill.
I rather like the pr0nz mode it's surprisingly good, I hadn't used one up till now and now there's no going back
I find Google Mail and Google Reader to be much faster also, I imagine it's because they use AJAX which relies heavily on Javascript?
i got it too.Firefox 3.5 has finally been officially released and can be downloaded from the link below
Its apparently the same version as the rc3 and since i was to lazy to use any will be the first, hopefully far more speedy version of ff to land on my pc :p

As mentioned by jordy: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6543 should help get old extensions working in ff3.5 straight off the bat![]()
Aye, they rewrote ... or got a new javascript engine that has made things like google docs and such faster.
It seems good. The only thing I have a dislike to with 3.5 is the "Colour correction". It made the images posted on the forum look too dark or high in contrast sadly. So I had to turn it off. :].
I just downloaded it and the only real difference I have is that gmail is a bit faster and there's a + button next to tabs for new tabs. I didn't see ths auto-colour correction thingy?
I only noticed it as when I was posting a photo on here it was much darker then it showed up on programs such as Photoshop. At first I thought it was my Photoshop settings but after switching to Google Chrome I noticed it was fine. :S. So I google searched it and 3.5 comes with it enabled as default.
^ Might look fine there but it wasn't for meAlthough support for color correction was introduced in Firefox 3, it was disabled by default, requiring some tinkering about in the about:config window to enable it. Firefox 3.5 addresses the issues that caused it be disabled by default in the previous version, and now images with International Color Consortium (ICC) tagging are, by default, color corrected..
