I don't believe there are, no. Still if there were 'vampires' then I doubt anyone would notice them, it'd be extremely easy not to get caught then if you did get caught you'd just live out your sentance in jail but that'd raise suspicion.

There is a fish that sucks blood and is known as a vampire fish, it's more like an eel if I remember correctly, also alot of bugs, though not reffered to as "vampire bugs" in a sense they are vampires, no man/bat vampires though, that's just ridiculous.
