lol, is it my monitor or have you not included any facial details, because atm his face just looks like a skin coloured bloband his ear, woah! just try to get the facial anatomy correct and sharpen the colours being used for the outline of the nose, mouth and eyes, trust me it wont ruin it like has been said by you before.

I think the basis for a great alt is there but you need to work on the face a little bit because it's really washed out. Try using much darker colours to shade and more vibrant colours for details like his eyes, lips, etc. He looks like a mannequin at the moment!
