i think its supposed to be like the mini stalls you find in the shopping centers which sell jewelry, mobile phone 'accessories' etc

looks like a food version of it though, i'll try double clicking etc on it and see if you get anything (will edit post in a mo!)

EDIT: it dosen't give you anything when you double click on it and its called:
