The iPhone 3G is the 2nd Gen its called 3G as it supports 3G networking.

Apple wouldn't just skip a generation off the iPhone...

It's basically rly good condition tho with no scratches on screen, but a few on the back and edges though

Fascinating, you do realise if every forum member felt the need to 'rule themselves out' of buying it then they'd be over 40,000 posts in this thread alone.

Aswell as this, i was pointing our a possible answer to what a user had posted, and yes, it is a forum - so people are entitled to post if they want to considering my post wasnt totally pointless. Aswell as this, you do realise if every member posted about another members post being pointless, then the entire forum would be filled with well above 40,000 posts of wannabe mods who think they know everything?

The thing about 40,000 posts may well be true, except if you didn't make such stupid posts then I wouldn't quote you, so if you want to stop even more pointless posts, then may I suggest you don't make any pointless posts in the beginning. As the OP just stated he just wants offers so your posts (or my posts for that matter) aren't helping the thread along.

And for the record I'm not a wannabe mod, otherwise I would of applied. It's also not possible to "Think you know everything", if that was the case, "I would know I know everything"

Just a quickie, generally when people say iPhone or iPhone 2G they are refering to the first iPhone made, the generation thing never seemed to take effect on the iPhones.
