I personally think, you should stay with her (if thats what you want) and then while on holiday you feel like you are so close to cheating give her that forbidded phone call, and tell her the truth and tell her you have to finish with her.. The truth ALWAYS comes out.. And if you do do anything with them girls dont get back with who you were with before because obv you dont like / love her enough.!

Or look at it from another perspective, If she was to come back off holiday and ring or text you "sorry there was a really fit guy there, and I couldn't help myself, a girl has needs and quite frankly you weren't fufilling them." I cant really see that going down well with you perhaps? or if you find yourself honestly not caring then maybe you need to rethink your relationship.
