Is it photo manipulated or a land art Andy Goldsworthy inspired piece? If its the latter them I'm impressed

It's a bit general to regard the manipulation of the natural environment, such as in the picture above, as Andy Goldsworthy inspired. Fair enough if it was just a sculpture but because it relates to human form I'd say it's too far off anything Goldsworthy does.

Andy Goldsworthy is more of a sculpter isn't he?

Yes, some of his stuff is cool but I find a lot of it to be crap. Still he puts a lot of effort into his stuff so kudos there.
