I'm thinking they may possibly add a way up there in the future, like at the Sun Terrace? Or, maybe it could be a place that somehow staff can get up to during events. I get the impression it could be a doorway to another room, so all that would need to be done is a public room that's not on the navifator that staff can access lol .
