i have the exact same shirt but short sleeved and its in navy blue from h&m, im sure they will have it in black.

All saints incorporate those shoulder flaps, so to speak, into a lot of their shirts. They don't have any black short sleeve ones at the moment but you should check every now and then. They have a brown one but it doesn't have a collar S) and is well... brown.

ive seen a few shirts like that locally just have a good look around places like burtons top man etc..
