I don't do much exercise during the week, i walk up to the shops about twice a week, sometimes I go on my sisters trampoline and I play table tennis a lot.
I have tennis lessons on Saturday, and then normally play tennis or a different sport with my cousin.

I visit the pool every day and swim for over 3 hours a day.

I walk to school and home from school. Go swimming every other weekend. Go skating whenever and occasionally walk the dog.

i have mine all planned out

3:45pm: Go and turn the tv on to watch cartoons. Then walk back to my computer chair.

Bout 4 - 5 times a week i go out with friends from like 6pm - 2am
But usually we just walk around, but thats still an exerse.

And when i was in school
Bout 3 weeks ago now, we had PE and i was in the atletics team so we had to go for training after school and stuff =\

But basically, I'm just a slob.
But it's my life and i'll do what i want.

I randomly exercise by going downstairs, getting food. Going shopping. Playing with the dog. Going outside to annoy my brothers owl.

As you can see its basically general exercise and I am not really that energetic.
