theres no such things as big bones

just eat healithy, do certain excersises such as jogging. if jogging on its own it just too boring take part in football or swimming. also, a small amount of situps may help, but remember that fast situps burn fat whilst slow situps build muscle.

crunches do actually burn fat, depending on the rate you do them. i'm speaking from experience. crunches don't just strengthen the abs.

You should definitely run/jog! Even though it does take quite a bit to burn off fat, the important thing about running is that it tones your body. Crunches build the muscle, but you won't have much to show for it if you have a layer of fat covering them. Combining ab work outs with some sort of cardio like running will tone your body and help reveal your abs.

Also something dietwise that's easy to do that would help a ton is switching to drinking only water. When your body doesn't get enough water it switches into water storage mode which can cause it to retain water and add to that belly flab. Its recommended to get I think about 8 glasses of water a day (which is a lot!), but if you ever start with 4 or 5 glasses a day it'll help flush your body and cuts out a ton of the calories you would have been taking in with soda, even diet soda. Eating more fruit will also help as they are primarily water based and will fill you up and leave you to eat less processed food. That'll definitely also help with cutting out the belly flab
    Ex-mod.
Follow the rules, it makes the world a better place!

I've pretty much quit Habbo & Habbox, but I still stop by every once in a while. If you knew me, send me a message saying hi, and I promise I'll get back to you! Miss all you wonderful people who saved me from boredom all those years.

Aye but the more muscle you have on your body the more calories you burn at rest so it evens itself out in the long run.

    I have a 30/32 inch waist.
I've done no exercise for the past 3 months and Havn't put on a pound. But I've noticed my arms arn't as big as they use to be. People use to tell me I had big triceps but they have just wasted away
