    i'd only get engaged/married if i was absolutely certain about the person i was gonna be with, i guess the earliest would probably be about 22 perhaps..

    I don't really see the whole point in marrage because if you love eachother why do you need a ring to prove that? Also, it's a waste of money. I know someone who spent 25,000 pounds on their wedding and got divorced a year later :S So it hardly proves anything, actually.

    marriage is not just religious. all religious have their various customs for marriage. but there are civil marriages, not affiliated with any religion at all. these take place in registry offices, or boats, or nice country houses (basically anywhere that has a liscence).

    yeah if you dont believe in god that doesnt mean you cant marry you can still get married at like a registration office

    hence why civil partnerships (gay marriages) exist in this country despite, almost all factions of christianity (and most other religions) being against homosexuality.
