It's an alt, it's kinda obvious because official Habbo public rooms tend to have specially designed areas, furniture, stalls and so on. There are waay to many catalogue sized items in there to make it an actual public room and the design isn't as good as it could be (the track for example uses basic black outlines, rather than dark green or grey.

I don't think you understood his point. He said that the alt is better than any official Habbo room already made, not that the alt is already a public room (judging from your response to his comment).
