And you're not meant to sit down, only while you're not actually riding, I've took the seat off anyway, gets in the way of trials.

No,the idea is it's not for riding, it's for trials. If you do ride it anywhere, stand up all the way and you're fine.

I was going to say, saddle looks uncomfortable . With none at all, it'd be nasty if you forgot it wasn't there and sat down (if there's any bit of a bar sticking up) .

no bar at all, if you need to sit down, you rest your thigh on the bar, but tbh it's fine standing up.
