A rare would be ade rare unless there was only 1 and 1 person had it, in which case it wuld be unvalued until traded

I'm not sure who you are, if you are habbo staff it still wouldnt count because they could have anything.

I don't really understand your post (or who it's aimed at ), but if a staff member has an item, it's not unvalued for the reason you specified, it would purely be because they wouldn't be trading it. A rare is only in circulation once it's in the hands of a normal Habbo user.
