Hmm i don't think the Jacking off has anything to do with it.

But ye, seriously go see a doctor asap.. i don't want to scare you or anything but it could be... best to go and check it out.. Doctor will probably call you back again in a few weeks or so to see if anythings changed/developed.

I can remember having a lump, not hard just soft but after a few days it was gone... probably because the ball hit me right down there a few days back.

But ye, just check it out..

    All the best.

What you are looking for is a pea sized lump. Not a tiny spot. (A tiny spot which everyone get all the time)

Constantly check and you'll find it will be the same thing throughout life. (Same for me)

If you are worried go get a check, get a full body check if you want to aswell to put your mind at ease. (You need to book a full body check though, only takes a few mins to do tho)

Maybe it could've just twisted slightly and bruised. If you often 'accidently' drip piss which doesn't go inside the bowl of the toilet then you probably would've bruised it or something.

Also as people have said, little spots and all that is common as part of puberty. Don't jump to conclusions and think it's cancer.
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.

I was gonna make a thread like this. o.O I've had a pain like you described, in the same one for a day or two now. There's no lump or anything and it doesn't always hurt, it just hurts if I touch it or nudge it by moving or anything. Seems like it'll sort itself out though.

If you are unsure then go to the doctors, only way to make sure.
