Union is for proper men? Having played both, I'm shattered by the end of a league match, in Union I spend most my time doing nothing. Both have their strengths, League being more athletic, exciting and quick, Union being more physical, tension building and powerful.

Sorry, why would we want some burnt pommy stumps anyway? And thats cricket... You can smash you're balls around all day if you like but you still *******. The only time cricket was ever rough was when you pommy ***** could beat bradmon and the Aussies so you started using body line heats to get us out of the game you no good cheats!

Sorry, I dont follow AFL. Rugby League and AFL hate each other (Rugby League is a NSW and QLD sport while Aussie Rules is a VIC sport) but your closing in on League territory and we're getting peved.

Wow, can't you take just a little bit of sarcasm? I was joking, but I do doubt that League is the toughest ball game in the world, you can provide all the bias facts and opinions you want, but I aint buying that one bit, uncontested scrums? that's what rugby is all about, yes I know it's faster, but Union in my opinion is the 'tougher' of the two games, you just have to look at the size of the players to realise that. You just have to look at the sheer athleticism of League players to realise what they do is just as hard as Union.

I guess there is arguments for both forms, but my opinion is the bigger the players the more physical it'll be, but that's just based on opinion. :8
