So when they're 18, older, stronger and more capable of harm, they're free to do it again?

they deserve more then death. Personally i don't agree with the Death penalty.

This is sick personally i blame the parents fully for this because they aren't old enough to have been influenced by society that much to do this. I don't really know what to say but they should each serve 3 life sentences and not be released none of this good behavior ****.

I don't know what is more sick, the actual crime or the so called 'justice' handed out to them.

Exactly, without education (although I think they get educated in jail) they will resort to crime cus they can't do anything else, they needed to be stricter..

they're only 10 therefore has time to learn from what bad they have done :S
How can you say a 10 year old needs locking up and the key throwing away lmao, that's an idiotic thing to say...

Apparently they had 40 offences on record and did stuff like mugging teenagers, setting fire to stuff and even stabbed their cousin in the face with a screwdriver, but they were under 10 and they'd laugh at the police because they couldn't be charged.

The law is just really messed up in my opinion, I don't think they should be so lenient to under 18s. It's like they think being under 18 means you live in a dream world where actions don't have consequences so you can't possibly be blamed for acting like a psycho

Poor them then ey?, lets just forgive and forget and let them do it again in the hope that they learn their lesson. If a ten year old can pick up a sink and commit a crime like this, and commit fourty other offences (that are recorded) +numerous others that wont be recorded then i'm pretty sure they know what they are doing.

..more to the point, if they already had more than fourty offences down on record, what the hell where they doing out on the streets?

Tough on crime, tough on the causes of crime.
