    Not necessarily? It will only mix if you squeeze the tube and twist, but even then it shouldn't properly mix at all! In the big tubes it compacts into the thin nozzle, which doesn't suggest any sort of mixing at all It just compacts. Though the likelihood of the two colours having a difference thicknesses to the white is also a probability, so that the white doesn't slightly blend.
