Re: Failed to format the selected partition (Error: 0x80004005)
in short if you delete that partition and create a new one, you will be fine. Alternatively you can just install straight to the entire disk and update the size after the fact.

Which is, WOW, basically what I posted in the beginning. It doesn't matter WHAT your running, it matters what you're GOING TO INSTALL. If you wouldv'e read the posts I had, you would've understood it alot more.

That was already posted, it will help you 100% and you will have no need to ask anymore questions if you read through the whole thread.

Yes, delete all partitions and then create a new one and format it to NTFS. Or it might automatically do it without you having to create one when you click install.

Yes! Have you actually read that thread? You delete your only hardrive, which will wipe out everything, and then you partition, etc etc. Read the thread that was posted.

Well it's the only way you're going to sort it out, either that or you stay with what you have right now.

Sorry, that's all I can do to help.

    Hope I've helped,

    ~ Stefan.

Save your files on an external harddisk, usb? Export to another computer?
Then you should be able to delete all, you can later make partitions again after installing windows.
    Need any help? PM me!
