If we manage to colonize other planets with resources, then no, the human race will never die. Ever.

Good point that, if we spread ourselves out across the Universe then even a disease wouldn't be able to wipe out the human race.

Disease is quite a threat at the moment and so is Nuclear War but even if those things happened, there would always be a few humans left even if it's very few. Currently the only way to wipe out the human race in my opinion is for Earth to disappear or something, most probably by an asteroid hitting Earth.

    Wrong. It's simple mathematics.

Hard to say, war is a bit odd to suggest as there are bigger chances of a select few people surviving from war, especially nuclear war. Chemical warfare in the form of toxins and deadly diseases (which is improbable, but possible if a mad scientist lacks the idea of human survival and just wants end of it all ). Nuclear war won't kill of all humans, when nuclear bunkers exist for the very reason of surviving a nuclear war, and with modern day technology and defenses, the chance of any nuclear device entering a country (and in this case, all countries) is nearly impossible :/

I'm going with something like the end of the world, a disease would be difficult to think of especially when diseases tend to die out before the species.

It would have to be something reeeeeally complex to wipe all of the human race out, or maybe not so complex if it's as simple as a nuclear war. The thing is, humans are way to intelligent to die out. If there was a killer disease then we would most likely make a vaccination to it. We would most likely find our way around pretty much anything, unlike other species on this earth.

It's inevitable. Any one that thinks otherwise is naive and foolish.
