    this sounds proper gay but i find washing my face with just water, then washing it with a babywipe keeps my skin in tiptop condition
    we'll do what we've always done
    shut our eyes and hope for the best.

    keep on with what the doctors given you for 3 months, then if it still hasnt worked then go back to the doctors and theyll tell you what to do next

    The cream I use is effective: It's called PanOxyl and it basically just eats away the top layer of skin making the spots go quicker. It says it needs to be applied to really clean skin though so I combine it with washing my face with SebaMed. I'm pretty sure you can get both these things without prescription.
