uhm lol, your spreadsheet suggests that a 14:00 while 20:30 shift = 6:30 hrs and a pay of £2.19 at £8.07 an hr :/

Yes, it doesn't work with half hours, which is why I didn't put them in. Want it to work? Do it yourself.

Well it was a free request and he's done most of the work so it's better than nothing
Google it and see if you can work it out for yourself

really cannot be bothered, which is why i asked. And yes its better than nothing, but it's still entirely usless
