A lot of the time it's easy to just not eat it because you don't feel hungry, but if you make the effort and just eat it anyway then you'll have more energy between lunch and dinner. I'm normally quite grumpy if I don't eat.

Well yeah, because even if I miss breakfast, my "lunch" will replace the breakfast, to keep me going till dinner so I don't get hungry or crave anything.
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.

Food is important, meals aren't as they are a routine. Just make sure you eat a decent amount of food :/ Though it would probably be better to follow the usual meal routine of at least lunch and dinner (breakfast varies on time management).

    I learnt this in home-ec :L
So I may not be 100% correct

but Breakfast comes from fasting for say 8hours
And when your body hasn't has anything in its system in a long time it begins to eat its storage.
Thig is the body needs to get the storage back, when you eat breakfast it is digested slightly quicker than other meals and the body rushes to get the nutrients from it, and most off the time is almost automatically turned to fat.

Thats why breakfasts are important cause if you eat meat for you lunch, withought a breakfast, you will turn that into pure fat and it will make you gain weight!

    :]]]]]

But I would advise eating atleast a small lunch :]
    Hope this helped

If I'm up early to go out I'm never hungry. I might eat breakfast if I get up later on and don't have to do anything. I never really have lunch but I usually have something in the evening. When I'm at home all day I snack quite a bit .

Yes because most people in the morning don't have breakfast as you've just woken up on the spot, so they'll want to have lunch considering how hungry they'll be. Also it keeps the brain working throughout the day, so yes, i would say lunch is pretty vital, especially to foreign people who have dinner late.
