Can i make a web layout on paint?

for habbo layouts paint is unbeatable because as mentor said its pixel based like habbo. But for other sites it can be harder. It is possible though

well it basicly depends on your ability and skill but other programes just make it easier. So it really depends on you!

Hmm i needed this question answering too ty x] so what programmes should i download too :/ cause im trying to create a website and a layout but im stuck :/ lol

Start out with paint. And advance to programs like Adobe photoshop

i started out on paint shop pro to make image layouts and to slice them, now i just make the images in photoshop and code it myself in dreamweaver, to get the full advantages of these programs you need to purchase them, most of them cost over £100 layouts can be made in paint, ive seen it done but it would be very difficult and you cant use many effects

But those websites are made from Pixel art and most pixel art is done on Paint as I am a Pixel Artist myself. So yeah would take a while but it's do-able. Go for it.
