Most runescape forums have a "Runescape Username" field that displays next to your post like on here so you can just put it there.

doesn't matter what name you choose whether your rs name or other, as long as you stick to the RS rules you won't get banned, simple as, them sites you mentioned and both well known and used, great sites and i'm sure both are on runescapes official fansite list.

There isn't a official runescape fansite list. No matter how good it is, all websites are blocked etc.

Those websites like zybez and tip.it are recognized fansites to Jagex, so you won't get into any trouble if you show your username on those websites.

No they cant ban you for seeing on another forum saying that you bot, They have no proof that it is the person who owns that account.

and any site is safe to display your user name just not give out anything else

Jagex won't ban you for RWT/Cash trading unless they have proof.

I could say that I've rwt'd 1000M, on every forum that Jagex views, and post my username, and they couldn't do a thing about it without proof.
