It was proven as he was sentenced for it. On the case of letting people go early, i'd like to see if you would take that tune if your family (god forbid) was effected by a crime such as this.

I don't understand why people have an issue with CRIMINALS dying in prison? They committed the crime and it was their decision, if you murder someone, you expect if your caught to get send down for like, you can't then at the end of you life (and sentence) say "Oh I'm sorry I thought I wouldn't get life, can I leave to see my family before i die" do you? and you don't get released!
