oh my god, do I really have to go into huge detail about everything i say.

What I was saying is that, the "Hacker" probably didn't go to any effort to hack the 20hc, eg: keylogger/rat/iStealer, probably just phish'd him, and got lucky because nobody would bother putting effort into 20hc.
