I've been with o2 since I first ever had a phone and that's the first example of bad customer service I've heard of from them .

Was the aintree shop, dont go there lol.

Went to the one in the strand and they whre great.

I rang up o2 with (I think) the same question and they told me I couldn't do it Maybe he misunderstood it or something because he seemed like a nice guy but yeah if you can I'm annoyed, I lost a few friends who I don't see irl through changing numbers!

May have been cos my contract was in my mums name. The lad said they have only just recently been able to do it and new o2 staff wont know.
