Unfortunately we had an idiot in the class who just grinned all the way through it and continued to after it finished. The even stranger thing was he was sat by himself so I doubt anyone made him laugh, what a ****.

I was in Canterbury Cathedral and did it. Also did the Sunday Remembrance services (both of them). It's okay if people forget to do it at the time, it's likely they would hear of it later on and think about it, so they will never be forgotten - especially when people think about other wars too.

It's just disrespectful really.

I admit I grinned when the kid put the hat on because I couldn't help it But I did take it seriously, and if I didn't, then I would have done it at some point during the day to make up for it.

Wish people would take things like this more seriously, it helps everybody at the end of the day :rolleyes:
