Big... but quite simply, ****. Way too basic, and doesn't deserve to be in elites. The shadings totally messed considering theres no light source and well.. not really any shading at all so the buildings look like paper. Backgrounds made up of cubes which shows a total lack of effort and theres pixel errors all over the place. Most of its just 'create someting small and copy paste it until it looks big'. Quantity, not quality in my opinion MR. Parasols... Spend more time on your art.
