    Red is level 3.
It goes green, blue, red, black, and then yellow/orange is off-piste. But yeah, I love the bumps/jumps, especially the fast ones.

Spraining a muscle in my neck. Two days of not being able to move my head without the muscle spasming and my arm going numb.

All I did was roll over in bed and something went snap

Never really injured myself. The only thing I can think of really is when I was playing cricket once, I was running backwards to make a catch and tripped over a bike which was on the floor and hit my head on the pedal. It seemed a lot worse than it was cos there was blood flowing from the back of my head but it was fine.
