So if someone has one testicle, they have less of a chance to conceive a kid?
With one they still have just as much chance to be fertile. With three I guess one would have to be removed. There wouldn't be enough room? :S
As for just having one though you can get fake ones![]()
3 times the pain? 3 times the likelihood of getting hit? LOL!
Losing a testicle has very little impact on sperm, testosterone and fertility.
Many testicular cancer patients have one of them removed if the cancer has advanced to a later stage, but they may also have an artificial one in place of it. Men with one testicle can still produce sperm as normal and it doesn't interfere with fertility.
