His father said if you ever mention this again "I will kill you". He may have not taken steroids, but I bet his father was feeding him growth hormones.

That boy is going to be severely disabled when he is older, when he hits Puberty his bones when they begin to grow will have to much strain, his bones wont grow like a normal teenager and therefore leave him severely disabled with muscle problems, ingrowing bones with a loat of pain around them.
